When he first came out, I was completely starstruck. He was absolutely gorgeous. He strode onto the stage in red Croc brand basketball shoes (omg), his Lululemon jacket, a purple Tobuscus tee, blue jeans, and yellow sunglasses. The very first thing that hit me was his age. He looked tallish, but he had a big head and big feet. I guess since when you watch his videos, you're usually seeing him shoulders, up, you don't really realise EXACTLY what he looks like. I mean of course we've all seen pictures, and there's the odd full body shot in a Tobuscus video or an OlgaKay2 vlog or a Katersoneseven vlog or whatever. But I can tell you from experience that you don't know exactly what he looks like unless you've seen him in 3D. And to be totally honest, he just looks like a particularly angelic 27-year-old.

Some occurrences that really stood out for me are the following:

~A little boy put up his hand and asked if he could have Toby's yellow sunglasses, and without even flinching, he told him to come get them. He said "HEY. THESE WERE TWENTY DOLLARS. Yes of course you can have them." The boy seemed very happy

~Someone asked him "Have you ever met an 'other?' Y'know, girl, guy, other?" He stood up and said "Oh. Weeell…I live in LA. Most of the people there are." Everyone laughed, but then they said "Well you just met another one!" He smiled and said "Oh really?! How are you?" as he leaned over the side of the stage for a hug. The whole crowd aw'd.

~He did quite a few genuine standup bits, one of which began with "When I have a kid…" Just the fact that he said "WHEN" made my friends and I unbelievably happy and crazy excited for when that point in time comes.

~Someone asked him "Who's the hottest girl on YouTube?" and his answer was very mumbley but I heard him. "Um, Jenna Marbles, iJustine, Katers17…Olga." Haha

~During the show (and I got this on video), Toby pointed to my little sister and said "Look at you in your Tobuscus shirt! Look at that pink!" It made her scream. It was really adorable.

~A girl, er, woman, was in the box seat right above the stage. Closer to the beginning of the show, Toby pointed to her and said "Hey girl, what's your name?" She yelled, "Jessica!" and he said "Hiiii Jessica! I loooove you." And she FLIPPED OUT. She was hopping up and down and squealing and fanning herself. And the fact that she looked like she was in her twenties made the whole thing even better. He purposely went out of his way just to make her night that much better.

~And lastly, security was so rude to me and my friends. And to Toby, apparently. After the half hour was up for the meet and greet, one of them took him by the arm and dragged him away. I was told that he was still talking to fans and trying to sign things all the way up until he got shoved into the car. He really tried to stretch out everything longer than it was originally supposed to be. He obviously really loved being there with his fans and on stage and didn't want it to end. I just find that so, so sweet of him.

I sincerely hope that those of you who are massive, massive fans like me get to meet him, because honestly it'll change your life. He's so amazingly talented in so many ways, even in standup! I knew he had done standup before, but I'd never really seen any of it so I didn't know what to expect. And he's really funny! And kid friendly, too. Which is always nice
